Pursuant to the directive issued by the Ministry (dated January 19, 2026 / 1404/10/29) and in accordance with the decisions made during the joint meeting of the Region 5 Universities, and as ratified by the Provincial Higher Education Management Task Force, the final examinations for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year shall be conducted according to the following regulations:

1. All undergraduate (Bachelor's) examinations will be held virtually (online) via the University's Virtual Learning Management System (vclass.uok.ac.ir), following the schedule registered in the Golestan System (golestan.uok.ac.ir).

2. Examinations for Master's and Doctoral (PhD) levels will be conducted in person (on-campus) according to the schedule registered in the Golestan System.

3. A comprehensive video guide on creating and participating in online examinations is available for faculty members and students on the login page of the University’s Virtual Learning Management System.

4. To address inquiries and clarify uncertainties, the University's online support system has been activated. Students may access these services via the support widget located at the bottom-right of the University’s main website (uok.ac.ir) and the Virtual Learning Management System.

5. The examination schedule in the Golestan System is accessible for faculty members via Report No. 464 and for students via Report No. 428.

6. To ensure students have access to course materials and relevant documentation for exam preparation, faculty members are requested to upload the necessary resources onto the University's Virtual Learning Management System.
