On July 18, 2026 (corresponding to 28/04/1405 SH), a joint meeting was convened at the Goran Hall of the Faculty, attended by Dr. Hossein Bivaran, Director of International Relations, and Dr. Heyman Noorbakhsh, Director of the International Students Department. The session commenced with a detailed presentation by the Dean of the Faculty regarding the status and statistical trends of international students, juxtaposed with university-wide data. The Dean underscored the necessity for increased institutional support for the Faculty of Languages and Literature, given its high density of international enrollment. Furthermore, the Dean addressed the academic integrity and authenticity of international theses, identifying comprehensive diagnostic analysis in this area as an imperative. Dr. Bivaran subsequently acknowledged the faculty's standing, addressed existing challenges, and proposed strategic solutions to mitigate current issues. The meeting concluded with the Director of the International Students Department and members of the Faculty’s Educational and Research Council sharing recommendations to enhance the pedagogical and research quality for the international student body.
